Weird NLP ways to eliminate stress and anxiety.

Hi Mark,

A simple exercise would be to create images, put you in them, take you out.

See your kitchen. See "Mark" in the kitchen. Then just see the kitchen.

About 50% of the time, put "Mark" back in the kitchen, move on to next image.

Being able to be seen (the entire body) in the images and being able
to not be in the images at all is vital for....

Well, let me say it this way, it creates options.

And relieves you of stress.

And creates new neuro logical pathways.

And...

20/20

PS: Try this on....

Make an image that is stressful, put you IN the image. See THE
STRESSFUL image, and a see a completely STRESS FREE RELAXED AND AT
PEACE Mark TyWharton IN the image.

The whole body of MTW.

Contrast this with....

Most people, try to get rid of a stress inducing image (seen through
their own eyes), by creating a peaceful one. In both the stressful
and the peaceful, they are the EFFECT / OBSERVER of the image. They
AREN'T inside of it.

If you try the strategy of putting a calm, cool, collected MTW in THE
IMAGE on, then it creates the opportunity to be in the stressful
environment, and be calm, cool, and collected.
